Soothing Grey Paint Color
Horizon 1478 by Benjamin Moore is a wonderful, soft gray paint color that I often recommend it to my own clients.
This home was just built and it’s not furnished, which I actually prefer at times. This gives a real good sense of the millwork and the spaces. I hope this can help some of you that are planning on build a new home.

Paint color is Sea Pine AC-17 Benjamin Moore in satin/eggshell.

The foyer leads to a wide-open dining room, family room and kitchen area.
Painted Brick Fireplace
The family room features a painted brick fireplace.
Interior Doors: BM “Kendall Charcoal” HC-166 (semi-gloss).
White Brick
Fireplace is painted in Decorators White by Benjamin Moore.
Ceiling Paint Color: BM “Decorators White” (flat).
Kitchen
This kitchen is really pretty and very well-planned. I love the cabinetry layout. It uses this space wisely.
Kitchen Cabinet Details: Timberlake cabinets *maple, painted.
Countertop
The kitchen countertop is a marble-looking white quartz. Beautiful and practical!

The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Wallpaper is by Schumacher.

Backsplash
Kitchen backsplash is Artigiano 3×12 Italian Alps. – I love this tile! It looks even more beautiful in person.
